Payroll Associate (Temp to Perm)

  • Administer international payroll implementation plans in collaboration with Management, HR, Legal, Audit, and Corporate Tax teams
  • Adminster monthly payroll processing in all countries around the world
  • Project: Manage the implementation of any new additional countries and ensure that payroll process and procedure are implemented
  • Review/approve the final monthly payroll submitted by each local entity
  • Review/approve journal entries and support the month-end accounting process for all international payrolls
  • Manage the timely and accurate preparation of a variety of payroll related documents for the purpose of documenting activities and issues, meeting compliance requirements, and providing audit references
    • Documenting and updating current processes and procedures, as required
    • Support periodic labor and payroll audits (internal and external) by providing pertinent data in a timely manner as well as ensuring all payroll data is filed and maintained accurately and in an orderly manner
  • Establish controls and coordinate annual testing and reporting in collaboration with Auditors. Maintain control processes to ensure consistent and robust compliance with all legal, employment, and accounting requirements worldwide
  • Create and manage efficient processes, troubleshoot data issues, and improve operations by researching issues and assisting with root cause analysis in order to define problems, recommend solutions, and to ensure the stability and quality of the payroll process


  • Minimum of 5 years of global payroll experience
  • Knowledge of US Federal and State Payroll Regulation and International statutory payroll requirements
  • Significant US and international payroll experience including payroll specific tax compliance requirements
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Must be dynamic, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Capable of discretely handling confidential information
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, across multiple time zones
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different backgrounds and levels
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, able to present to the highest level
  • Confident, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, quick thinking, goal, results oriented
