Overview

We’re looking for a B2B Content Marketing Champion to add to our marketing team who will enhance the quality of content generation, product messaging, social media and branding at INTTRA! We’re seeking a creative, out-of-the box B2B marketer who will work on creating resourceful product marketing communication material that effectively reflects and promotes the value of INTTRA's premium products.  This role requires a high level of creativity, writing, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and consist of the following responsibilities:

  • Executes all B2B product marketing initiatives to drive growth of INTTRA globally
  • Drives projects within the INTTRA Marketing team and cross functional leaders such as Product Management to support the creative for an effective content marketing strategy in order to meet strategic business objectives
  • Maintains editorial standards and ensures quality to include content accuracy, structure, and content development consistent with INTTRA’s brand voice, style and tone.
  • Develops the editorial calendar and organizational workflow of content themes with cross functional team members such as Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales
  • Develops content focused on supporting INTTRA’s  social media strategy and will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement a strong social media strategy
  • Edits customer communications and launches email marketing campaigns through the company’s automated direct marketing tool, and assists on rewriting creative copy for both the company website and digital marketing campaigns  
  • Implements best practices of content development for digital campaigns, understanding which content and approach works well with customer segments through A/B testing
  • Maintains a high level of project management supporting multiple product marketing and communications projects of which include new product launches, sales enablement material such as product collateral, presentations
  • Acts as an in-house designer and lead for all creative copy and outsource where necessary  for additional resources

Qualifications

  • Experienced in developing and writing B2B content including product literature, customer communications and websites
  • 5-7 years of B2B content marketing experience
  • Experience in software industry or supply chain would be preferred
  • Excellent professional communication skills—written and verbal
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint a must
  • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other multimedia highly preferred
  • A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Strong desire to learn and understand the industry and competitors—ensuring our product, messaging is defined, differentiated and innovative.
  • Must work well within a small team environment, with a high degree of independent thinking and self-responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and project management a must
